Recently, the high-pressure internal gear pump test developed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's 7th Fourth Research Institute was successful. The test results show that the pressure and flow performance indexes of the four product prototypes have reached the technical level of similar foreign products.
High-pressure internal gear pumps are widely used in injection molding machines, bending and shearing machines, forging and die-casting industries. It is estimated that the annual demand for this product is about 1 million units, and the annual market capacity is about 3 billion yuan. In 2011, the company started the research and development of the product, and completed the prototype manufacturing and testing in October 2013. At present, the seven-fourth has formed a small-volume production capacity of 500 high-pressure internal gear pumps.
