The TC-31B, which was launched in November 2006, is a column-moving MC for small parts such as PC hard disks (HDD). The program processing speed is improved by the NC control unit "CNC-B00" developed by the company. Its characteristics are: compared with the previous models, shortened production time of 3 to 10%.
The rotation speed of the main shaft is 16 to 16,000 rpm and 22 to 22,000 rpm. The CTS specification product only supports the previous rotation speed. At the time of tapping, the maximum speed is 6000 rpm and 8000 rpm. In terms of rapid feed rate, X/Y/Z is 50 m/min. It can be equipped with 26 tools with a diameter of 55×200mm. Repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.003mm.
