In the past, our country's concrete mixers were not equipped with retarders. Now this situation will change. Recently, the M7-35 eddy current retarder of Shenzhen Terjia Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully tested on the concrete mixer produced by Sany Heavy Industry Group. The retarder has a very good deceleration effect. It is reported that this is the first time that the local concrete mixer has equipped eddy current retarder.
According to the project manager of Sany Heavy Industry Group, due to the heavy load of the concrete mixer truck, the problem of brake failure occurs frequently during frequent braking or long-term braking, and the driving conditions of the mixer truck are generally not very good. Need special care when driving. However, considering the cost and other factors in the past, local concrete mixers were not fitted with retarders.
According to the person in charge of the Terjia company, the Terga M7-35 Eddy Current Retarder was developed specifically for heavy-duty vehicles of over 30 tons. Installing a retarder not only improves vehicle safety, but also reduces the driver's labor intensity.

Heat treated steel bar is produced by heating and cooling in different temperature based on the steel grades to improve the steel bar mechanical properties or machinability for various industrial applications. Quenching and Tempering, abbreviated as Q&T is a king of processing that strengthen or harden steel bars by heating the materials and then cooling in water, oil or other liquid medium, that rapidly the change from austenite to perlite to get the proper properties for various usage. The quenched & tempered steel bar materials are usually with carbon from 0.30% - 0.60%, it is widely used as merchant bars in components of various machines.
