The K-3102 circulating hydrogen compressor dry gas seal of Daqing petrochemical refinery 1.2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit adopts the high-pressure dry gas sealing product of Flowserve. In the process of use, there is a long delivery time for imported Spare Parts. The problem of high prices and the fact that only one set of equipment is used in the production plant, and if an accidental failure occurs in the seal, the situation in which the unit has no sealed spare parts will easily affect the safe operation of the production equipment.
In order to change this situation, Daqing Petrochemical Refinery has conducted extensive and meticulous investigations on the status of imported dry gas seals used by hydrogen refineries in major domestic oil refineries. Based on the mastery of dry gas seal operation parameters for each unit, the plant engineering technology The personnel and Chengdu Yitong Sealing Co., Ltd. jointly developed dry gas seals to form a more mature dry gas sealing technology program. During the installation and maintenance of this year, the plant carried out a domestic transformation of the dry gas seal of the 1.2 million-ton/year hydrocracking unit K-3102 circulating hydrogen compressor.
Before the investment, the Daqing Petrochemical Refinery continued to improve the maintenance procedures and operating procedures, strengthened site maintenance, strengthened the training of operating procedures, and worked closely with the manufacturers to ensure that the dry gas seal reached the conditions for commissioning. On September 16, the hydrocracking unit was successfully repaired and started once.
The successful development of this project not only provided a reliable guarantee for long-term safe production of the device, but also completely solved the long-term reliance on imports of high-pressure dry gas seals.
