On August 21, 2017, the Industrial Policy Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement to publicize the list of planned service manufacturing model enterprises (projects, platforms) to be selected in 2017. Among them, the Double Star tire intelligent manufacturing base project has a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan and is a full-process “Industrial 4.0” intelligent factory.
