Project Description:
The project is located at 160 Fuxingmennei Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, and at the southeast corner of Fuxingmen overpass. Project No. 4 is east to Xijiaxiangli (East is Ocean Building), south is West Tiejiang Hutong (South is Tianyin Building A), West to West Second Ring Road Fuxingmen South Street, and north to West Chang'an Street Fuxingmennei Street . The existing three buildings of the project construction address are not the audio-visual education building, the Guojia Hotel, and the Shaw Conference Center. This time, all the buildings were dismantled, and a new educational information building was re-planned and constructed. The total land area of ​​the project is 11,775 square meters and the total construction area is 108,400 square meters. Among them, there are 19 floors above the ground, with a building area of ​​82150m2; 4 underground floors with a building area of ​​2,625m2. The total investment of the project is 94.7731 million yuan.
