After Far East Chemical Fertilizer Company solved the problem of exceeding the discharge of ammonia nitrogen in waste water by adopting the deep hydrolysis technology of urea system waste water, its energy-saving modification of synthetic ammonia was formally incorporated into the system's large-scale production, and passed the Safety Supervision Bureau of Lanzhou City and the Safety Supervision Bureau of Suizhong County. Experts from Gansu Li'an Consulting Co., Ltd. checked and accepted on site.
In this transformation project of synthetic ammonia, the company focused its technical strength on solving various problems in the project operation. Through the automatic coke adding renovation of the gasifier and the reform of the DCS automatic control system, the consumption of white coal has been greatly reduced; the use of new evaporative condensers and hydrogen-removal devices has reduced water pollution and the discharge of synthetically effective gases; new ice machines have been added. With new compressors, the small machine fleet operation mode was eliminated. In addition, the company also introduced a new conversion, desulfurization, and decarbonization plant to carry out the conversion of alcohohol; a new methanol production line was used to recover the remaining carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the feed gas, reducing the pressure on copper washing and achieving energy saving and emission reduction. The purpose is to achieve production safety, high efficiency, energy saving and long-term operation.
