Screw-in Hydraulic Relief Valve
Hydraulic safety valve is relief valve, installed in the Loader Multi Way Valve, Flow Amplification Valve, Loader Steering Control Valve, etc
It has the following functions in the hydraulic system:
Constant pressure overflow: the constant flow is provided by the constant flow pump in the throttling regulation system. When the system pressure increases, the flow demand will decrease. At this time, the relief valve is opened, so that the excess flow back to the tank, to ensure that the relief valve inlet pressure, that is, the pump outlet pressure is constant (valve port often open with pressure fluctuation).
Pressure stabilizing effect: when the relief valve is connected in series on the oil return road, the relief valve will increase the stability of the back pressure moving parts.
Unloading function of the system: the remote control port of the relief valve is connected with the overflow small flow solenoid valve in series. When the electromagnet is energized, the remote control port of the relief valve is connected to the oil tank, and the hydraulic pump is unloaded at this time. The relief valve is then used as the unloading valve.
Safety protection: the valve is closed when the system works normally. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (the system pressure exceeds the setting pressure), the overflow is opened for overload protection, so that the system pressure does not increase (usually the setting pressure of the relief valve is 10% ~ 20% higher than the highest working pressure of the system).
