The plant also uses HS-φ1600mm×8 disc magnetic separator as the rough selection equipment for tailings re-election, and the selected coarse concentrate is weak magnetic separation-ball milling-magnetic pulse sink-double cylinder weak magnetic separation process. The process is shown in Figure 1. The high-quality iron concentrate with a yield of 2.46%, an iron grade of 65.76% and a recovery rate of 21.23% can be obtained. The annual output value is 5.787 million yuan and the profit and tax is 3.028 million yuan.
