Among them, the chemical industry was 653.8 billion yuan, up 13.6% year-on-year; the oil refining industry was 3.0486 billion yuan, up 9.3% year-on-year. Since May, the output value of the petrochemical industry has reversed the trend of continued decline in the growth rate, and the output value has gradually stabilized and steadily rebounded. In November, the output value reached 988.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%. It is estimated that the annual output value will reach 11 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.5% over the same period last year. In the first 11 months, the industrial added value of the petrochemical industry increased by 9.9% year-on-year, of which the refinery industry increased by 6.1% year-on-year, and the chemical industry increased by 11.6% year-on-year.
