1, installation instructions
(1) The diving multi-stage pump inlet must be under 1 meter of dynamic level, but the diving depth must not exceed 70 meters below the static level, and the bottom end of the motor should not be less than 1 meter from the bottom of the well.
(2) The rated power of deep well pump is less than 15KW. The motor can be started with full pressure.
(3) The rated power is greater than 15KW, and the motor must be started with a reduced pressure.
2. Preparation before installation
(1) First check the diameter of wells, the depth of still water and whether the power supply system meets the conditions of use.
(2) Check whether the multi-level pumping of the submersible pump is flexible. There should be no dead point, and the motor and electric pump used for sub-assembly should be connected with the coupling. Pay attention to tighten the top wire.
(3) Open the exhaust and water fill plugs and fill the motor chamber with clean water. Pay attention to prevent false full, good screw plug, there should be no water leakage.
(4) Measure motor insulation with a 500-volt megohmmeter and should not be less than 150 megohms.
(5) Corresponding lifting tools, such as tripods, hanging chains, etc., should be provided.
(6) Install the protective switch and start the equipment, and instantly start the motor (not more than 1 second), check whether the motor's steering is the same as the steering sign. If relevant, the regulator can change any two connectors of the power supply, and then put the wire on the wire. Plates and drains are ready to go down. When the motor and the water pump are connected and trial steering is performed, fresh water must be poured from the pump outlet, and the water can only be started when the water flows out of the inlet section.
3, installation
(1) See the instructions for details. First, install a section of the pump pipe on the outlet of the deep well pump, clamp it with a splint, lift it and drop it into the well, and place the splint on the well.
(2) Then use a splint to hold another section of the water pipe. Then lift it and lower it to connect with the flange of the pump pipe plus the rubber pad. When the screw is screwed, the diagonal line must be carried out at the same time. Raise the hanging chain and remove the first pay plate, so that the drop tube of the pump tube falls down on the well platform. Repeatedly install and go down the well until it is fully loaded, place the well cover, and finally put the splint on the well cover without disassembling.
(3) Install bends, gate valves, water outlets, etc., and seal with corresponding pads.
(4) The chemical pump cable shall be fixed in the groove on the flange of the water pipe. Each section shall be fixed with a tie rope. Be careful when going down the well and do not bump the cable.
(5) If there is a stuck phenomenon in the lower pump process, it is necessary to overcome the card point and not to force the pump to avoid stuck.
(6) It is forbidden for personnel to go downhole during installation.
(7) The protective switch and starting equipment should be installed behind the user's switchboard. The switchboard is equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter and indicator light, and is placed in the wellbore in an appropriate position.
(8) Forced protection measures “from the base of the motor to the connection of the pump tube†are used to prevent accidents.
