Spraying cloth is the most widely used method of cloth liquid, which is divided into fixed and rotating ways.
First, the fixed spray type is to drill holes at a certain distance on the pipeline as needed, or to install a shower head on the pipe, and the immersion liquid is dispersed from the hole or the small hole of the shower head under the pressure head of the pump or the high position tank. Sprayed and dripped on the surface of the heap. Its advantage is that it is easy to install. This kind of cloth liquid method has many disadvantages, the spray radius is small, the position of the immersion liquid in the heap remains unchanged, and it is easy to cause a dead angle, requiring many pipes and high energy consumption. The ejected leaching solution is too high in the space position, and the position where the droplets land is fixed, almost straight up and down, thus causing local impact on many parts of the surface of the heap, making it a puddle and making the heap The uniformity of penetration is destroyed. Except for individual heap leaching fields, it is almost no longer used.
Second, the rotary spray type It is to use a small smart nozzle to rotate the cloth. After several generations of updates abroad, it has become more and more perfect. The earliest use of the rain bird sprinklers in agriculture, followed by the Bakod oscillating sprinklers, and finally widely used is the Senegal nozzle that can rotate and swing. Our Changchun Gold Research Institute, the nuclear industry etc. developed six different types of rotating nozzle. Since then, the heap immersion field has generally changed the old artificial cloth liquid into a rotating spray cloth. The nozzle has a large cloth liquid distance, a radius of 4 to 6 m, and a large cloth liquid area, which can save a large amount of pipe material, and in order to ensure uniform liquid distribution, the spray areas of the solution are usually crossed each other. Generally, a triangular or diamond-shaped mounting nozzle is used, and the spacing between each nozzle is 4 m. As shown in Figure 1. The side slopes around the heap are also arranged with several layers of pipes. In order to prevent the leachate from being sprayed out of the ore heap, the nozzles on the slope should be filled with valves to control the pressure and volume of the liquid flow, as shown in Figure 2. . The connection between the branch pipe and the nozzle is generally a short branch pipe, which is about 10 cm long.

The advantages of the rotary spray cloth liquid method are that the installation is simple and the operation is convenient, the spray liquid can absorb some oxygen in the air, and does not cause scouring on the surface of the heap. Its shortcoming is that the evaporation is large, and when the wind blows, the droplets drift, and if the pressure is too large, it is easy to produce fog and affect the environmental sanitation.
