The series knife gate valve is a normal uni-directional knife gate valve which shutoff medium directly.The beveled knife-like edge cuts through fibers and solid particles in the flow stream.

 

Body:

 

l   Integral body structure design,small flow resistance,easy assembly,minimize the possibility of shell leakage.

 

l   Fixed guide claw,no groove design,the solid would not be accumulated and stuck.

 

Gate:

 

l   The slide gate has a bevelled cutting edge. As a result, solids can be cut through, achieving a tight seal in the closed position.

 

l   On request, the thickness of the knife gate valves gate can be increased for higher operating pressures and/or higher quality material can be used.  
 

 

Seat:

 

l   Side entry and replaceable seat design,can be changed freely.

 

l   Theseat ring retainer avoid flow fluid flushing the seat ring.

 

l   Material of seat is selected according to the meduim and service convice condition,choosing metal seal or soft seal.Metal seal is 304+stl or 316+stl.Soft seats are PTFE,EPDM,NBR,which have good sealing performance.
