5. The CNC system is faulty. Such as CRT no brightness, no picture, NOTREADY display, PROGRAMSTOP display, MDI is invalid, HOME is not normal, electric hand wheel failure failure.
At present, the startup, online and offline diagnostic technologies of the CNC system have made great progress, which is of great help to fault diagnosis and positioning. However, when the CNC machine tool fails, it must be quickly and correctly excluded, often involving many aspects. This requires the maintenance personnel to have a comprehensive theoretical knowledge, practical skills and other high professional qualities, fully understand the investigation of the fault scene, list the many factors that may cause the failure, and use the necessary measurement techniques to gradually find out the cause of the failure.
