Look at the current control cabinet of the ball mill, the main motor ammeter indicates the current drop
(2) In the swelling of the ball mill, the cognitive deviation is easy to occur:
Wrong point of view: It is believed that the ball mill will cause a large amount of minerals and its current value will become larger.
The actual phenomenon: the ball mill operates to overcome the resistance and friction caused by its own weight, consuming energy. But the consumption of this part is generally small, and most of the energy is consumed in the ore grinding process. Due to the "blood swelling" of the grinding machine, the grinding effect is greatly reduced, so the mechanical energy for converting electrical energy into grinding is greatly reduced, so that the main motor current is degraded.
