TSJ-75/180 Plastic granulator with two-stage for PE, PP

This TSJ series machine are two stage machine.
Stage 1 is high-speed co-rotating twin screw extruder.
Stage 2 is low-speed single screw extruder.

This type pelletizing line has special screw design, effective degassing and filter (Hydraulic screen changer) system, with stable output and long service life.

Machines are highly-automatic, only need 1-2 workers for operating the whole pelletizing production line. One worker for controlling the Electric control panel, one for changing Hydraulic Screen Changer screens.

TSJ-65 Plastic granulator Applications:
