We will continue to share the following for the diesel generator synchronous generator overhaul rotor, inspection slip rings, brushes and brush holders. , Generator installation and wiring are the main contents of these three overhauls.
First, repair rotor
1. Measure the insulation resistance of the rotor winding with a 500V megohmmeter. If the resistance is unqualified, the cause should be identified and dealt with.
2. Check the surface of the rotor of the generator for rust spots. If yes, then there is local overheating on the core, wedge or guard ring, and the cause should be identified and dealt with. If it cannot be eliminated, the generator output power should be limited.
3, check the balance block on the rotor, should be fixed firmly, not increase or decrease or change, balance screw should be locked firmly.
4. For the hidden pole rotor, check for looseness, breakage, and discoloration of the slot wedge. Check the hoop and heart ring for cracks, rust spots, and discoloration. Check the joints of the ferrule and the rotor for signs of looseness and displacement.
5. For the salient pole rotor, check whether the magnetic pole has rust spots, whether the screws are tight, whether the pole winding is loose, and measure the winding insulation resistance.
6, check the fan, remove dust and grease. The fan blade should be free from loosening and cracking and the locking screw should be fastened.
Generator overhaul
Second, inspection slip ring, brush and brush holder
1. Check the status of the slip ring and the insulation of the shaft. The surface of the slip ring should be smooth, free from damage and dirt. When the surface unevenness exceeds 0.5mm, it should be polished. Slip ring should be concentric with the shaft, and its degree of swing should comply with the provisions of the product, generally not more than 0. 05mm. The slip ring to the shaft insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ.
2. Check the insulation sleeve of the generator slip ring for cracks, damages, and looseness; remove dirt, brushes, and grease from the surface of the slip ring.
3, check the slip ring lead insulation is complete, the metal sheath should not touch the bearings with insulation pads; check the joint screws are tight, with or without damage.
4, check the positive and negative slip ring wear, such as the difference in the degree of wear of the two slip rings, exchange the positive and negative lines of the slip ring cable, so that the positive and negative polarity of the two slip rings are interchangeable.
5. Check if the brush holder and cross bar are fixed and stable, and whether the insulation sleeve and insulation are broken, and remove the dust and oil stains. Good insulation is required. The brush holder should be free from cracking and deformation. The distance between the lower edge and the slip ring should be 2~4mm.
6. Brushes on the same generator must use the same model manufactured by the same manufacturer.
7, the brush should have sufficient length (usually more than 15mm), and should be about 0.15mm gap between the brush holder, brush in the brush holder can move up and down freely.
8, brush and brush holder connecting brush joints should be fastened, brushing without breaking stock phenomenon.
9, check the spring and its pressure. The constant pressure spring should be complete without mechanical damage. Its model and pressure requirements should comply with product regulations. The pressure of the non-constant pressure spring should comply with the manufacturer's regulations. If not specified, the minimum pressure should be adjusted so that the brush does not catch fire. The pressure of each brush on the same brush holder is uniform, usually 15~25kPa.
10. Check whether the arc of the brush contact surface and the slip ring is consistent and the contact area is not less than % of the single brush cross-sectional area. After the grinding, the brush powder should be cleaned.
11. During operation, the brush shall work in the entire surface of the slip ring and shall not be close to the edge of the slip ring.
Generator overhaul
Third, the generator installation and wiring
1. Before installation, check if there are any leftover tools and other items in the generator stern, and carefully clean the stator and rotor with 0.2Mpa of clean compressed air.
2. When lifting the rotor, the rotor and stator cannot collide or rub against each other.
3. Measure the gap between the rotor and stator of the generator, and measure the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the generator at four points. The gap between each point and its average value should not exceed ± 5% of the average value.
4. Before installing the end cap, there should be no debris and any leftovers inside the generator, and the airflow channel should be unblocked.
5, lead out before connection should check the phase sequence is correct, the contact surface of the lead line should be flat, clean, no grease, the silver plating layer should not be honing, the joint should be fastened (must pay attention to the position of the iron bolt, after connecting Do not constitute a closed magnetic circuit. Insulation is well wrapped and coated with a distinct phase sequence color.
Although the above mentioned three kinds of repairs of the generator set are not identical, the damage to the generator set encountered in practice is complex and must be dealt with according to the actual situation. It is necessary to prevent the occurrence of "early repair" or "premature generator set." With a tendency to repair insurance, it is also necessary to ban the generators from becoming sick and stick to work.
