What is the stress of smart electromagnetic flowmeter lining?

The inside of the smart electromagnetic flowmeter measuring tube has a complete electrical insulating lining. The main function of the lining is to prevent the flow sensing signal from being short-circuited by the metal measuring tube wall. Therefore, the electromagnetic flowmeter lining must be electrically insulating material. The lining is in direct contact with the measured medium. Therefore, in order to prevent the measured medium from corroding and wearing the flowmeter, and to be able to withstand the influence of the medium temperature, we have put forward certain requirements for the lining material. Therefore, lining is an important factor that affects the wider application of electromagnetic flowmeters.
The lining materials commonly used in smart electromagnetic flowmeters include PTFE, polychlorotrifluoroethylene, acid-resistant rubber, neoprene, polyurethane rubber, polyphenylene sulfide, acid-resistant enamel, and glass fiber reinforced plastics. Materials with better corrosion resistance include: ethylene, polychlorotrifluoroethylene, etc.; materials with better wear resistance are acid-resistant rubber, neoprene, and soft rubber. Most of the lining's processing methods are affixed directly to the inner wall of the measuring tube, so that the electromagnetic flow meter measuring tube can work in a positive or negative pressure state. However, conventional PTFE liners and measuring tubes do not stick. Due to the need of the process, four direct 2MM holes are provided on both sides of the PTFE-lined measuring tube as air between the discharge liner and the wall of the tube. Therefore, a PTFE-lined transmitter cannot operate under negative pressure. The four process orifices should not be blocked or pricked with a stick to avoid damaging the PTFE liner. The lining is both an electrical insulating material and an anticorrosive material. Once the lining is damaged, the entire instrument will not work properly. Usually, two protective flanges are installed on the flange end of the electromagnetic flowmeter, and they function as grounding.

Crawler Chasis

The feature of rubber tracks
(1). Less round damage
Rubber tracks cause less damage to roads than steel tracks and less rutting of soft ground than either steel tracks of wheel products.
(2). Low noise
A benefit to equipment operating in congested areas, rubber track products less noise than steel tracks.
(3). High speed
Rubber track permit machines to travel at a higher speed than steel tracks.
(4). Less vibration
Rubber tracks insulate machine and operator from vibration, extending the machine's lifetime and lowering operate fatigue.
(5). Low ground pressure
The ground pressure of rubber tracks equipped machinery can be fairly low, about 0.14-2.30 kg/ CMM, a major reason for its use on the wet and soft terrain.
(6). Superior traction

The added traction of rubber, track vehicles permits them to pull twice the load of wheel vehicles of the sane weight.

Application and Features:

1. Suitable for the small wheelchair.

2. Can load weight about300-400KG

3. Length can be adjusted.

4. Sprocket is available.

Characteristics of rubber track:

1). Less damage to the ground surface

2). Low noise

3). High running speed

4). Less vibration;

5). Low ground contack specific pressure

6). High tractive force

7). Light weight

8). Easy to change
