Since the asymmetrical flow occurs at the inlet of the flow sensor, that is, the length of the upstream straight pipe section is zero, measurement errors will be caused by differential pressure, turbine, vortex, ultrasonic, target, and electromagnetic instruments. 4) The flow meter is in the wrong flow direction.
5) Install instruments that are sensitive to vibration disturbances on vibrating pipes.
6) Lack of necessary protective accessories.
Although the inner diameter of the gasket is too small or the installation eccentricity has no or little effect on the flow values ​​of meters such as positive displacement, float, and Coriolis mass, additional pressure loss will be added.
