According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Land and Resources, the province began to collect fees for the use of mineral resources from 2006 onwards. In 2008, it was clarified that the paid use fees for mineral resources were included in the provincial budget, which was earmarked for special purposes, and the fees were allocated according to resource reserves. The total amount is approved at one time, annual payment is made, and the verified annual actual consumption of resources reserves is calculated.

The Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Provincial Department of Finance announced in a related notice released yesterday that the company should pay the paid royalty of unpaid mineral resources before February 1, 2012, and the local land and resources department would conduct the exchange before October 31, 2012.
