Zhenhua Nantong Transmission's second batch of two 450-ton linear winches successfully completed assembly

It is reported that the project contains a total of 56 sets of 450 tons linear winch, which is supporting the construction project of 12,000 tons of buoyancy salvage engineering ship of Guangzhou Salvage Bureau. The linear winch has different structural characteristics from the traditional reel winch. It cooperates with the hydraulic station and the hydraulic cylinder to complete the cable receiving and damper cable discharging operation. The main technical feature is the large speed pulling force, which is widely used in applications such as salvage operations where low speed and high torque are required.

In 2012, Zhenhua Nantong Transmission Co., Ltd. successfully provided a 300-ton pull linear winch for the Guangzhou Salvage Bureau. In August last year, the first two 450-ton linear winches for verification design and manufacturing were verified by heavy-duty and received customer approval.
